Boracay, what a beautiful place! We love it here! Lots of sun, beautiful beaches, great pools.

Ok, ok, enough of that. I think some of you are still freezing your butt off somewhere in "cold land". 

We are so extremely happy with Jhay! He fits within our family so perfectly well and we love him sooooo much already!!! The words that best describe him as far as we know him now are: happy, funny, radiant, adventurous, active and independent. He lived in an orphanage with 14 other toddlers for the past few years, so you might be able to imagine what he's like. He's also very entertaining and makes us laugh a lot every day. He's almost always ready for a joke and loves to kid around... Most of all, he shines like a star. It's actually kind of funny. In Manila, before we had Jhay, we would walk around and Taco and I would get all the attention cause we are tall and foreign. Now all the attention goes to our son. You'll know what I mean when you see him. He steals hearts.

I must be honest, the past few days haven't been easy. Jhay is doing really well but the rest of us are enjoying a great big ride on a rollercoaster with all sorts of feelings. It's a big change we all waited so long for and yet it takes time to get used to it all. And that's ok. We have all the time in the world and lots of love! ❤️

    Jhay really arrived in the best family he could dream of! Because there is so much love indeed in this
    home. Taco is a terrific daddy....Esther is full of love, patience and godly ideas.....Esmée is super sweet, so she will learn to be the best sister Jhay can imagine. And above all, God is blessing your family and is helping you to adjust well. We thank Him for your quiet holiday in the sun!
